Our full implementation service will take you through each of the stages detailed below to ensure that you get the most out of your investment in your chosen CRM package
Planning
The first stage in any new software system is to gather the user requirements, and plan how your implementation will provide benefits to the organisation.
Commissioning and Configuration
We will ensure that your new CRM system is commissioned with the hosting provider and then provide specialised configuration services (adding additional views, fields and formatting rules) that will ensure that the system can meet the requirements as set out in the planning stages.
Training
In order to ensure that you get the most out of your chosen CRM package then we provide a range of training services. These can also be customised if there are specific areas of the software that you wish to present to a certain set of users
On-going Support
Of course, our services don’t stop once you go live. We can provide further assistance with day-to-day support services or if you wish to add additional functionality to the system we can help you change the configuration of the system or introduce previously un-used functionality.
Supply-Only
Customer are supplied with the software and associated user manuals and online training resources. You can benefit from learning and configuring your personal CRM implementation at your own speed. If you get stuck, you can still call on our Support services to help you out when you are stuck or if you require additional training.
